Shipping Policy
At Black Card Face Card, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as smooth and efficient as possible. Here are the details of our shipping policy:
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship nationwide within South Africa.
Shipping Options and Rates
Flat Rate Shipping
: We offer a flat shipping rate of R139 for all orders.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping TimeOur shipping time is between 1-2 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the provided link.

Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, please be aware that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues.

Returns Terms
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Black Card Face Card. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Gift cards Sale items Items marked as final sale Opened or used products
Return Process To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@blackcardfacecard.com with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@blackcardfacecard.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
ExchangesWe currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
